The Pellerin Milnor presentation pocket folder is printed on 80# Red Pepper Classic Columns cover with a combination of silver foil and embossing. It has two glued pockets, one with a gusset (1/4" depth) that holds the corporate brochure. The cover of the corporate brochure is printed on 12pt. Kromekote Metallic Silver coated one side stock with red foil and registered blind embossing.
The Thomas Melancon pocket folder is printed on 80# Classic Crest Sawgrass Cover. It is printed with 2 Metallic inks. Inside the pocket is a sample of their letterhead printed on 80# Classic Crest Text Natural White using the same two colors. The business card is printed on 120# Classic Crest Duplex Cover Smooth Sawgrass/Recycled Natural White. One side matches the folder color and the other side the letterhead color.
The Port of New Orleans pocket folder/brochure is printed in 4 color process with a combination dull and gloss aqueous coating which adds dimension. It is printed on 100# Gloss Cover and the stepped inserts are printed on 80# Gloss Cover.

Brochures

The Meco corporate brochure has die-cut front and back pockets. The cover is printed on 130# Cougar Cover Smooth White with stitched in text printed on 100# Cougar White smooth text. There is a double gatefold in the center of the brochure and when fully extended opens to a flat size of 24 x 11.875.
J & M is a corporate brochure printed in 4 color process and gloss aqueous. The cover is printed on 100# Gloss Cover and the inside pages are printed on 80# Gloss Cover to give it more body.
This self mailing brochure for Loyola Alumni printed on 100# silk cover which is a better stock for ink jetting the address to but still makes the ink sit of top of the sheet for a sharper image.
The Survey Report brochure shown was printed using a dense black ink which adds to the richness of the piece. The RPCC brochure is printed on 100# gloss cover in 4 color process.

Special Projects

Custom Folders
This die-cut fold over business card printed on 80# Creator Silk Cover in just 2 PMS's and gloss aqueous 2 sides. It gives the illusion of a multicolor card without the expense.
This 496 page year book for Xavier University is printed with a hard bound cover. The cover was first printed on 100# gloss text, film laminated and then adhered to a hard board. It is smythe sewn which is a method that allows for years of page turning without having the pages fallout from use. The text is printed on 100# Gloss white text and several inside pages are printed on 48# Glama Natural Clear Text used as dividers of sections within the book.
Here you see a plasti-coil drink book. The spiral binding allows for the pages to lay flat one behind the other on a hard surface for easy viewing. The Barley Oak menu cover shown has a gold foil/de-boss image stamped on vinyl that has the appearance of a grained leather. We added gold metal corners for protection to increase the life span of the piece.
Expression of Sympathy is a plasti-coil bound catalog brochure. It has a film laminated cover with round edges which adds to the longevity use of the piece.

Karen has been a delight to work with. Not only did she find us wonderful prices for an array of sales materials and marketing pieces, she provided samples and dummies so that we could better visualize the end product. Printing 101

Offset – Offset printing is the term used for printing single or multicolor pieces; usually from 1 to 6 colors on various sizes of sheets of paper.

Web – Web printing is produced from various size rolls of paper and is usually used for large print quantities and newsprint.

Digital – Digital printing is for 1 to 1,000 copies. It is a thermal laser ablation process used to create all colors.
